Job Responsibilities
As a Used Car Sales Advisor, you will:
- Become an expert in Tesla vehicles, technologies, and older model differences
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing, trade-ins, and delivery
- Provide accurate information about Tesla’s Certified Pre-Owned vehicles
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models
- Contribute to improving Tesla’s Certified Pre-Owned Program
- Collaborate with multiple departments to improve vehicle turnaround and profitability
- Create exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong relationships
- Track customer details and follow internal sales processes
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Strong passion for Tesla’s mission and EV technology
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- Ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Valid driving license (2+ years)
