Job Responsibilities
The Bike Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring proper product visibility and merchandising standards across assigned retail outlets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting retail stores and customer locations regularly.
- Arranging products according to company merchandising standards.
- Maintaining product visibility and shelf displays.
- Monitoring stock levels and product availability.
- Implementing promotional displays and marketing materials.
- Building strong relationships with store staff and customers.
- Reporting stock shortages and market feedback.
- Supporting sales growth through effective merchandising.
- Ensuring timely execution of merchandising plans.
