Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily fleet, transport, and operational administration.
- Coordinating domestic and cross-border road transport operations.
- Monitoring fleet utilization and delivery schedules.
- Managing transport documentation and operational records.
- Preparing and coordinating purchase orders (LPOs).
- Maintaining transport management systems and operational databases.
- Coordinating vendor quotations and service agreements.
- Supervising asset registers and internal billing processes.
- Monitoring staff attendance, overtime, and HR-related administration.
- Ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborating with internal departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Performing additional duties assigned by the Transport Manager or General Manager.
Qualification Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of transport operations and logistics processes.
