Job Requirements
General Eligibility
- Open to UAE Nationals (Emirati candidates) only, as mentioned in the official notification.
- Relevant educational qualification in the related field (Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Business, Finance, Marketing, etc.).
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred for clinical and medical administrative roles.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Strong customer service mindset, professional behaviour and commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work in a team, handle busy environments and follow hospital policies.
- Willingness to work in Dubai or Sharjah as per business requirements.
Additional Requirements for Clinical Roles
- Valid professional license or eligibility from relevant UAE health authority (DHA/MOH/DoH) as applicable, or ability to obtain it.
- Updated clinical knowledge and familiarity with hospital infection control and safety standards.
