Job Requirements
The exact requirements differ by role, but in general candidates should have:
- Relevant degree or diploma in the related field (Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Administration, IT, Finance etc.).
- Valid professional license or eligibility to obtain a license from the UAE health authority (for clinical roles such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists and technicians).
- Previous experience in a hospital, medical center or healthcare environment – specialist and senior roles may require several years of experience.
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage in patient-facing positions.
