Role Summary
The Store Associate position is a multitasking role that supports various store functions such as shelving, receiving, labeling, customer service, and cashier assistance. The main focus is to maintain an organized store environment and assist customers effectively.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the receiving team in checking, receiving, and displaying products
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and display of all items
- Replenish items and maintain neat and organized shelves
- Assist customers with product inquiries and support sales needs
- Identify slow-moving or expired products and maintain stock accuracy
- Support the Central Cash Office by assisting at the cash counter
- Maintain store hygiene and follow safety regulations
- Help in controlling shrinkage, waste, and section margins
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management/Administration (preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- 1–3 years of experience in retail or similar environments
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a multicultural workplace
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is an advantage
