Job Requirements
Eligibility and experience requirements vary significantly by position, with a strong focus on retail experience and specific technical skills:
Management & Supervision Roles:
- Store Manager: Minimum 7–10 years Retail Store experience (Supermarket/Hypermarket) with minimum 3 years at Section Supervisor or above role in GCC. Age below 40 Years.
- Assistant Store Manager: 4–7 years Retail Store experience (Supermarket/Hypermarket) with minimum 2 years at Section Supervisor or above role in GCC. Age below 40 Years.
- Section Supervisors: 4 years of Retail Store experience with 1–2 years as Section Supervisor. Sections handled: FMCG Food, Household, Non-Food, Health & Beauty, Garments & Apparel, Electronics, and more. Age limit below 30 years.
Specialized & Technical Roles:
- Heavy Vehicle Driver: Minimum 3 years experience. Heavy Vehicle License of relevant Countries required.
- Accounts Executive: B. Com degree with 3 years of experience. SAP experience (minimum 1 year) mandatory. Advanced Excel and Tally experience preferred. Age limit below 30 years.
- HR & Admin Executive: Minimum 3–5 years of HR Operations, Payroll, and Recruitment experience in KSA/UAE/Qatar. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- IT Infra & Networking Executive: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Networking, Store Server Installation, Firewall Setup, POS Configuration. Retail Hypermarkets, LS & SAP Knowledge preferred. Age limit below 35 years.
Sales & Support Roles:
- Salesman/Senior Salesman: 2–3 years in Supermarkets/Discount Centers. Minimum higher secondary qualification. Age limit below 30 years.
- Receivers: 2–3 years in Goods Receiver position at Supermarkets. Age limit below 30 years.
- Cashier cum Salesman: 2–3 years Cashier experience. Minimum higher secondary qualification. Age limit below 30 years.
Language Requirements (Crucial for Retail Roles):
- English and Hindi proficiency are required for most sales and management roles.
- Malayalam is a native speaker requirement for Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
