Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
- Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Identifying workplace hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Preparing safety reports and maintaining HSE documentation.
- Conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and employee training.
- Supporting project teams in achieving zero-incident safety performance.
- Promoting a strong safety culture across infrastructure projects.

Qualification
Applicants should possess:
- Engineering Degree with UAE/MOFA attestation.

Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant experience with a Tier 1 Infrastructure Contractor in the UAE.
- Experience in Infrastructure, Roads, and Utilities projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and construction safety practices.
