Key Responsibilities
The Cashier will handle financial transactions and banking coordination responsibilities, including:
Financial Recording & Reconciliation
- Record daily bank journal entries to match bank statements
- Record daily cash journal entries and ensure monthly reconciliation
- Maintain consistency between accounts and actual cash on hand
Payment Processing
- Record payments for employee iqama renewal and sponsorship transfers
- Process SHEIN and TEMU COD payments
- Review and authorize bank payment applications
- Handle daily tax advance payments
Banking Coordination
- Open bank accounts and manage bank guarantees
- Handle account information changes
- Download daily bank statements and share internally
- Complete OA workflow filing and maintain payment receipts
Moreover, maintaining financial accuracy and compliance is essential in this role.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Financial experience with knowledge of cashier payment procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Familiarity with accounting software
