Job Requirements
Candidates must meet the following mandatory education, experience, and skills criteria to be considered for the Plant Supervisor role:
Education & Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably with an Engineering background.
- Experience: 5–7 years relevant experience is required, with preferably minimum 2 years Supervisory Experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Soft Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership and accountability, and advanced communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production management and quality control principles.
- Specialized Background: Strong knowledge of plant operations, including equipment and processes. Experience with FM/Waste/Recycling background would be an added advantage.
- Computer Systems: Experience with MS Office, Oracle, Maximo System, and ORACLE.
- Licensing: Driving license is preferred.
- Machinery: Good knowledge of various machinery equipment would be an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities (Accountabilities):
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
- Manage and motivate a team effectively, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fundamental understanding of safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
