Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
- Run errands such as purchasing office supplies or picking up items as needed.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure all office equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to the appropriate person.
- Provide support to colleagues and management as needed.
