Key Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Steering Manager will co-own CCPs regionally in collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and EDML teams, ensuring timely performance reviews and clear reporting to senior management. The role supports the development of annual commercial objectives, contributes to target setting, and ensures objectives are cascaded effectively across teams.
- Responsibilities also include coordinating new route and frequency launch planning, managing Open for Sale (OFS) readiness, and proactively resolving operational or commercial risks. The role monitors revenue optimization initiatives, tracks performance, and highlights growth opportunities. Additionally, the manager will orchestrate commercial publications, refine internal processes, and support executive-level deliverables through high-quality presentations and insights.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with postgraduate qualifications considered an advantage. A minimum of five years’ experience in a commercial function is required, preferably within the airline industry.
