Job Responsibilities
Retail & Operations
- Supervise operations across all Emirates Official Stores in the UAE.
- Ensure revenue, profit targets and CCMB branding standards are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management, annual stock-takes and flash stock audits.
- Coordinate product deliveries with Emirates Stores and business partners.
- Conduct regular store visits and monthly store walks.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Official Store sales experts.
- Create monthly staff rosters based on business requirements.
- Ensure service quality and Emirates brand standards are maintained at all times.
Visual Merchandising & Promotions
- Manage visual merchandising across Emirates Official Stores.
- Plan and update store layouts based on product launches and promotions.
- Maintain and contribute to rolling marketing and promotional calendars.
Dubai Duty Free & Dubai Mall Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Dubai Duty Free on product selection, pricing and order fulfilment.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely payments.
- Oversee guest booking systems and customer enquiries at The Dubai Mall.
- Use analytics tools to support marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Support operations for remote stores and events such as air shows and exhibitions.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is essential.
- Leadership or team supervision experience is a strong advantage.
- Experience with visual merchandising and marketing calendars is preferred.
- Strong analytical, reporting and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of the airline industry, sports events or Arab culture is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
