Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Muscat, Oman
This role focuses on expanding the brand’s footprint in the Oman and UAE markets, especially for RTE (Ready-to-Eat) and RTC (Ready-to-Cook) categories. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Oman and UAE.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Drive revenue growth in RTE and RTC product categories.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and execute business development plans aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product placements and promotions.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in FMCG business development.
- Strong understanding of the Oman and UAE retail markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term business relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
