The Office Assistant will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office by handling
visitors, phone calls, documents and basic administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Manage the main reception desk by answering calls and welcoming visitors and guests.
- Guide visitors, applicants and staff, provide basic information and direct them to the correct department.
- Ensure visitors are comfortable while waiting and arrange refreshments when needed.
- Collect and deliver documents, stationery and messages to different departments quickly and accurately.
- Help keep the reception and office area tidy, safe and well organized.
- Operate basic office equipment like photocopiers, fax machines and printers as per procedures.
- Assist HR and other departments in photocopying, filing, sorting and storing documents.
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Prepare outgoing couriers and postal packages when requested.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School certificate or Diploma in any stream.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and good customer service approach.

- Recommended age: not above 30 years.
- Basic ability to operate office machines and computers when needed.

Experience
- 1–2 years of office support or receptionist experience in any industry is an advantage.
