Role Overview – Accounts Receivable Accountant
From a third-party perspective, the Accounts Receivable Accountant position at NRTC Group plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets and supporting healthy cash flow. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit, ensuring timely collections, performing accurate reconciliations, and maintaining precise financial records. This position directly contributes to operational efficiency and supports the company’s continued growth in the UAE market.
The role also involves close coordination with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, monitor outstanding balances, and strengthen customer relationships across NRTC’s extensive network.
Key Requirements
NRTC Group is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a large FMCG or food trading company
- Proven collections expertise with advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or M3 (FOCUS ERP is an added advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA or CPA is a plus)
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and effective problem-solving ability
- Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
