Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Assistant Store Manager: Degree with 5–7 years of retail experience in supermarket/hypermarket operations, including a minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or higher role within the GCC.
- Section Supervisor: Plus-Two qualification with 4–6 years of reputed supermarket/hypermarket experience, including at least 2 years as a Section Supervisor in the GCC.
- Fresh Food & Counter Staff: Plus-Two qualification with 2–4 years of relevant supermarket or hypermarket experience in the GCC.
Candidates must have strong operational knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
