The Stock Keeper plays a key role in managing all stock-related operations in the boutique and supports the Stock Manager and Store Manager in daily store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing products according to Loro Piana standards and procedures.
- Enter all goods movements in the company IT system and prepare required tax documents.
- Check incoming deliveries, match them with delivery notes and prepare items for the sales floor, including security tagging.
- Keep the stockroom organized, clean and clearly arranged for easy access by the sales team.
- Ensure safe storage and security of all products and materials in the stock areas.
- Support inventory activities and regular stock checks as per company and store guidelines.
- Handle products to be repaired and arrange shipments to customers, factories or other stores in coordination with external couriers.
- Maintain regular contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure correct and timely deliveries.
- Support client advisors with product replenishment on the sales floor and provide accurate information on stock availability.
- Manage end-of-season returns and all related documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of all shipping documents, both physical and digital.
Profile and Skills
- Previous work experience in a luxury boutique is required.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in stock, warehouse or retail operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to different situations and remain flexible.
- Strong teamwork attitude and willingness to support sales and store management.
- Excellent sense of order, neatness and accuracy in handling products and documents.
- Good computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- SAP Retail experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
Candidates already based in the UAE and familiar with luxury retail in Abu Dhabi will be at an advantage.
