Job Responsibilities

I. Customer-facing Roles

  • Supporting passengers during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient customer service experiences
  • Providing assistance to VIP travellers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs
  • Representing the Emirates Group in a professional and friendly manner

II. Back-Office Role

Contact Centre Agent

  • Handling customer queries through phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Providing accurate information about flights, products, and services
  • Supporting customers with booking, information, and problem resolution
  • Maintaining high-quality service standards at all times

Job Requirements

  • High School certificate (A Levels / equivalent)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to wear uniform for front-line positions

Additional Requirements for Contact Centre Agents

  • Fluency in English and one additional language: Arabic, French, Czech, German, Italian, Japanese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese
  • Customer-focused mindset and sales orientation
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong written communication
