Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-organized stockroom and ensure proper merchandise flow to the sales floor.
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, taking ownership to help achieve them.
- Record and manage inter-store and warehouse inventory movements accurately and on time.
- Complete deliveries efficiently and follow all stock protection procedures.
- Ensure the stockroom has adequate supplies and remains clean, safe, and efficient.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share feedback with management.
- Train and guide selected team members on stockroom best practices.
- Collaborate respectfully with team members and offer support when needed.
- Complete mandatory training programs and apply learning to daily tasks.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage inventory systems and stockroom procedures effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably 1–2 months of experience in a sports, fashion, or customer-focused retail environment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize workload.
