Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the company’s system.
- Handle item registration and barcode updates.
- Process purchase bills and purchase return entries into the system.
- Record and verify stock transfers to branches and warehouses.
- Coordinate with purchasing, accounts, and inventory teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and protection of sensitive company information.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of data entry experience (preferably in a hypermarket or retail environment).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
