Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily fulfillment operations (order processing, packing, dispatch)
- Monitoring order accuracy, SLAs, and delivery timelines
- Coordinating with supply chain and buying teams for inventory planning
- Collaborating with internal teams (Tech, Customer Service, Commercial)
- Managing third-party logistics (3PL) performance
- Supporting returns, transfers, and operational improvements
- Ensuring smooth warehouse workflow and reporting
