- Focus on both existing and new sub-agents in the market to expand network and client base.

- Ensure that revenue targets for assigned accounts are met or exceeded.
- Keep an eye on booking trends from sub agents to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Use the CRM system to keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
4 – Operational Excellence
- Ensure operational excellence by implementing best practices in sales processes, reporting, and sales.
- Monitor performance metrics, streamline operational procedures, and enhance service delivery to support growth and efficiency.

- Strong understanding of travel technology and GDS systems.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language and basic understanding of regional language (Hindi or Urdu).
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Residing in Dubai Emirate.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism or related field)
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B travel sales in Dubai Market.
- Proven track record in B2B sales within the travel industry and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Skills in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, and familiarity with various airline booking portals.
