Educational Qualification & Experience
Advisor Land Matters (ALM)
- Should have retired at the rank of Deputy Collector.
- Must be familiar with land acquisition and related matters.
Revenue Consultant (RC)
- Should have retired at least at the rank of Tahsildar.
- Must have experience in land acquisition and related matters.
Estate Officer (EO)
- Should have retired as Tahsildar or be a retired Armed Forces Officer.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing and maintaining property.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 60 Years
- Cut-off date for age and experience: 01 July 2026.
Salary & Benefits
- Advisor Land Matters: ₹45,000 per month.
- Revenue Consultant: ₹40,000 per month.
- Estate Officer: ₹40,000 per month.
