Key Responsibilities
The Sales Manager – ELV will be responsible for end-to-end sales ownership, including:
- Planning, directing and coordinating sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Expanding SIBCA’s market share by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying, qualifying and pursuing new leads and opportunities in line with sales objectives.
- Supporting pursuit teams with deal positioning, proposals and closing strategies.
- Exploring and growing the client account list, managing opportunities from lead to signed deal.
- Working closely with all sales teams and territories to maximise coverage and reach.
- Updating opportunities in the CRM system to enable accurate forecasting.
- Providing end-to-end pre-sales support for new business and add-on pursuits.
- Ensuring high quality of proposals, technical content, costing and pricing submitted to clients.
- Preparing and participating in client presentations, workshops and negotiations.
- Sharing best practices in sales, deals and industry knowledge with the wider sales community.
- Building and following proposal development and sales best practices.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Support functions, preferably with national or international organisations.
- Proven experience in selling AV, BMS, ELV, ICT products and services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
- Specialised training in sales, negotiation or win strategies is an advantage.
- Local UAE / GCC market knowledge preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project-based sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team.
