Supervisor, Warehouse
The Supervisor, Warehouse role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient operations across the warehouse cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Ensure 100% adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and 5S standards to maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor Team Leads, manage manpower allocation, roster planning, and daily performance.
- Metrics Ownership: Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order preparation time, inventory accuracy, stock audits, and overall customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for ground-level issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and escalate major concerns to the Assistant Manager.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on performance, inventory levels, and operational bottlenecks to senior management.
Candidate Requirements and Skills

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-speed operations, preferably in e-commerce, quick commerce (Q-commerce), or retail logistics

- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
