Job Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and merchandising tools
- Experience in FMCG or modern trade environment preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of merchandisers and shelf stackers
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to boost brand visibility
- Plan and optimize store layouts and planograms
- Ensure execution of promotions, displays, and product launches
- Review sales performance and ensure growth vs. previous year and targets
- Maintain strong coordination with Sales and Marketing teams
- Conduct field visits, audits, and team capability development sessions
- Drive distribution, MSL compliance, and in-store presence
