Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling IATA BSP reconciliation, airline settlements, ADM/ACM accounting, and remittances.
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Processing payroll, monitoring cash flow, and coordinating audits.
- Reconciling BSP reports and monitoring ticketing transactions, refunds, exchanges, and commissions.
- Preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
- Preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Supporting day-to-day finance operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Proficiency in Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS platforms.
Experience Required
Candidates should have:
- 2–4 years of UAE travel industry accounting experience.
- IATA travel agency accounting experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, airline accounting, and VAT compliance.
