Job Requirements
Specific requirements may vary by position, but in general candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry or in a similar role (hotel, resort or facilities).
- For supervisory and chef roles, previous experience in the same position in a star-rated hotel is preferred.
- Technical roles (AC Technician, Kitchen & Laundry Technician) require relevant technical qualifications and hands-on experience.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong customer service attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Sharjah.
