- Position: Stock Keeper
- Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure goods handling and inventory processes align with internal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory using SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to support material flow.
- Conduct cycle counts, audits, labeling, documentation, and stock reconciliation.
- Supervise inbound and outbound shipments and report discrepancies immediately.
- Implement 5S and lean warehouse best practices to optimize space and reduce cost.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and safety policies.
- Coordinate transportation and 3PL logistics for timely delivery.
- Support digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or stock management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of stock turnover, cycle counting, and warehouse safety.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & inventory systems.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
