Job Responsibilities
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure operational efficiency across all warehouse functions.
Team and Shift Management
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and managing team schedules and shifts.
- Allocating manpower effectively.
- Leading, mentoring, and training warehouse staff.
- Managing teams of up to 30 employees.
- Supervising outsourced resources.
- Controlling operational costs and productivity.
Warehouse Operations
The selected candidate will:
- Oversee goods receiving and tallying processes.
- Manage product putaway and inventory handling.
- Coordinate order release and fulfillment.
- Supervise picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure timely shipment processing.
Logistics and Coordination
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with freight forwarders for shipment collection.
- Working closely with procurement teams on purchase order amendments.
- Liaising with sales operations for order processing.
- Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Supporting logistics activities across GCC operations.
Reporting and Compliance
The role also includes:
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
