Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology transformation programmes
- Manage full programme lifecycle including planning, execution, and governance
- Design AI architecture including LLM platforms and RAG systems
- Integrate enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HRMS, and CAFM
- Ensure data governance, security compliance, and UAE data regulations
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data, R&D, and vendors
- Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure project success

Qualification

Experience
- Minimum 8+ years in IT or technology delivery roles
- At least 3+ years leading enterprise-level programmes
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM platforms such as GPT or Azure OpenAI
- Experience in system integrations, APIs, and SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and PostgreSQL
