Role Overview – Fit-Out Manager
From a third-party perspective, the Fit-Out Manager position at Imdaad plays a critical role in overseeing end-to-end interior fit-out works for both commercial and residential projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
The Fit-Out Manager will act as the central point of coordination between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal facilities management teams, ensuring smooth execution from planning through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the Fit-Out Manager include:
- Managing fit-out projects from initial planning and design coordination through execution and final handover
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal FM teams
- Ensuring full compliance with HSE standards, quality benchmarks, and authority requirements
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets, timelines, manpower, and resources
- Overseeing MEP coordination to ensure seamless integration with interior works
- Managing snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover processes
- Ensuring all works align with client expectations and company standards
Candidate Requirements
Imdaad is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and coordination
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in fit-out projects within facilities management or construction sectors
- Proven expertise in interior works, authority approvals, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
