Air Waybill (AWB) Stock Coordination
Coordination with revenue accounts teams is required to manage AWB stock ranges and ensure timely release of AWBs to approved agents.
Commercial Support & Customer Queries
Handling commercial mailboxes, resolving billing disputes, clarifying freight charges, and responding to documentation-related queries with speed and accuracy.
Revenue Reconciliation & Billing
Daily reconciliation of cash and card collections across import, export, and miscellaneous sales, ensuring transparent financial reporting.
Quality Control & Revenue Protection
Managing AWB verification discrepancies, tracking optional services, validating waivers and refunds, and supporting recovery of unauthorized charges.
Required Qualifications and Experience
