1. Purchase Assistant (Flexible & Graphic Materials)
This role supports the procurement and supply chain function within the flexible packaging and graphic materials segment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
- 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience
- Preference for experience in flexible packaging or graphic arts
- Familiarity with films, inks, adhesives, papers, plates, and related materials
- Knowledge of supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and purchase order processing
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system knowledge is an advantage
- Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
2. Inventory / Production Control Executive
This role supports production planning, inventory reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory control, production planning, or manufacturing operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience coordinating with production and stores teams for raw material reconciliation
- Ability to ensure timely closure of production work orders in ERP systems
- Experience in job costing preparation and detailed production reporting
- Coordination with Accounts for documentation and reconciliation
- Knowledge of finished goods aging analysis and marketing coordination
- Strong understanding of WIP control for raw materials and finished goods
- Experience handling delivery notes and dispatch documentation
