Job Responsibilities
- Clean, personalise, and prepare the A380 Shower Spa after each customer use
- Check cleanliness and restock amenities before passenger boarding
- Maintain lavatories and cabin areas across First, Business, and Economy Class
- Perform inventory checks to ensure products and supplies are loaded correctly
- Follow the Shower Spa Reservation System to manage appointment timings
- Ensure personalised items are arranged for each First Class customer
- Prevent entry into the Shower Spa once prepared for a guest
- Report safety issues, defects, suspicious items, or abnormal situations immediately
- Carry out routine cabin tidy duties throughout the flight
- Follow uniform standards, chain of command, and Purser instructions
Job Requirements
- Completed 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality or aviation
- Experience in hotel housekeeping is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Comfortable working in a multicultural team
