Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily station operations including ticketing, boarding, and passenger support
- Coordinate with control room and train operators for smooth train movement
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety across all station facilities
- Lead and supervise station staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Work closely with teams including operations, security, and support services
- Follow safety rules, company standards, and railway regulations
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in railways, transportation, or customer service operations
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Excellent communication skills and customer handling experience
