Job Responsibilities
Housekeeping Supervisor
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Assigning and inspecting housekeeping duties.
- Maintaining hotel cleanliness and quality standards.
- Preparing staff schedules and arranging replacements.
- Handling housekeeping complaints professionally.
- Training and supervising housekeeping staff.
- Managing inventory, linen, and cleaning supplies.
- Performing cleaning duties during staff shortages.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Room Attendant
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting guests courteously.
- Making beds and changing bed linen.
- Replacing towels and bathroom amenities.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning guest rooms.
- Dusting and polishing furniture.
- Emptying waste bins and maintaining room hygiene.
- Updating room status reports.
- Cleaning and organizing housekeeping trolleys.

Qualification
Applicants should possess:
Housekeeping Supervisor
- High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree.

Room Attendant
- High School education or higher.
- Good English communication skills.

Experience
Candidates must have:

- Minimum 3 years of hotel experience in a supervisory housekeeping role.
Room Attendant
