Job Overview
The Customer Service Agent will support passengers inside airport terminals by providing guidance, buggy transport assistance, and customer support services while maintaining high hospitality and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with buggy transportation services inside airport terminals
- Provide information regarding airport facilities, lounges, gates, restaurants, ATMs, and airline offices
- Support elderly passengers, children, and people of determination
- Coordinate with airport representatives and terminal stakeholders
- Respond to passenger inquiries and customer service requests
- Report unattended items and operational issues according to SOP
- Support passengers during emergencies and special situations
- Maintain service quality and professionalism during peak operational hours
- Attend team briefing and handover sessions regularly
- Collect passenger feedback and suggestions for service improvement
