Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive will plan and deliver the B2B sales and marketing strategy, grow new business, manage contracts and ensure smooth commercial and operational delivery for corporate accounts. Main tasks include:

  • Deliver sales and marketing plans to meet individual and team targets.
  • Prospect and win new business across diverse customer segments.
  • Prepare and deliver account presentations and performance reviews.
  • Negotiate, draft and manage contracts ensuring financial and legal compliance.
  • Upsell and cross-sell dnata’s product portfolio to increase revenue.
  • Work with operations and finance to ensure smooth implementation and resolve commercial issues.
  • Maintain Salesforce (or similar CRM) with pipeline, contract and customer updates.
  • Monitor sales performance, support customer surveys (CSAT) and implement corrective actions where needed.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent (12+3 or similar).
  • At least 5 years’ airport operations experience; minimum 3 years in sales and account management with contract negotiation in travel and tourism.
  • Strong financial management and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and business acumen.
  • Good data analysis skills and the ability to propose practical solutions.
  • Computer literate with CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
