Requiremnts:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in storekeeping or inventory management is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the catering industry.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and storage best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP software is preferred.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain complete and accurate store documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, requisitions, and inventory records.
- Candidates with experience in the Hotel and Catering Industry.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
