Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Food Packer is to portion meal components correctly for each customer before delivery deadlines. Accuracy and time management are essential, as meals must be packaged and ready for dispatch without delay.
The role also involves coordinating with delivery drivers and the Customer Experience team to ensure smooth operations and a top-notch customer experience. Maintaining proper hygiene standards in the kitchen is a core requirement, along with ensuring that any last-minute changes to orders are completed while upholding Calo’s quality standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Calo is looking for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in food dispatching or the food industry, preferably within fast food or high-volume kitchens. Applicants must demonstrate excellent hygiene practices, along with a good understanding of food safety principles.
Strong English communication skills are required, as the role involves regular interaction with team members across departments. Candidates should currently be located in the UAE, making them available to join ongoing operations smoothly.
