Role Descriptions & Key Responsibilities

1. Van Sales Coordinator

The Van Sales Coordinator will manage and monitor the daily van sales activities to ensure
smooth route operations and sales performance.

  • Coordinate and monitor daily van sales operations.
  • Ensure proper route planning, market coverage, and visit frequency.
  • Supervise van salesmen and support them in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage orders, deliveries, and stock distribution across assigned routes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.
  • Maintain effective communication between the sales team and management.

2. Van Sales Executive

The Van Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales van, handling assigned
routes, and building strong relationships with retail customers.

  • Drive the sales van and manage assigned routes in the traditional trade market.
  • Sell and promote products to existing and new retail customers.
  • Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and visibility at the outlet.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

3. Sales Supervisor cum Merchandiser

The Sales Supervisor cum Merchandiser will lead the sales team, ensure brand visibility, and
coordinate with retailers and distributors to drive product performance in the market.

  • Supervise and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
  • Visit key outlets to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
  • Plan and execute route coverage and display standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report to management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Job Requirements

General Requirements (All Positions)

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong understanding of the traditional trade market in the UAE.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and field-based sales environment.
  • Immediate joining is preferred for all roles.

Van Sales Coordinator

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in van sales or FMCG distribution (ice cream preferred).
  • Strong coordination, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Van Sales Executive

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in van sales (FMCG or ice cream preferred).
  • Valid UAE manual driving license.
  • Knowledge of local market routes and customers.

Sales Supervisor cum Merchandiser

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales and merchandising (ice cream or frozen products
    preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
