Job Requirements
To join the Emirates team in Dubai, you must meet strict service, safety, and physical criteria:
- Experience: You must have more than one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Education: Minimum requirement is a high school graduate (Grade 12).
- Language: Fluency in written and spoken English is required (ability to speak another language is an advantage).
- Physical Criteria: Minimum height of 160 cm and ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates uniform (bandages or cosmetics for covering are not permitted).
- Location: Must be willing to be based in Dubai and meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements.
- Personal Attributes: Must be professional, empathetic, solution-oriented, culturally aware, and capable of managing a demanding work schedule.
