Qualifications & Experience Required
To be eligible for Emirates Cabin Crew, candidates must meet the following criteria:

More than 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service

Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
-
Minimum qualification: High school graduate (Grade 12)
-
Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an advantage)
-
Minimum height 160 cm and reach 212 cm on tiptoes
-
No visible tattoos while wearing Emirates uniform

Willing to be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements

Salary & Benefits – Emirates Cabin Crew Dubai
Emirates offers a highly attractive salary package made up of three components:

Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month

Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (average 80–100 hours/month)

Overseas Meal Allowance
Average Total Pay: AED 11,244 per month (approximate for Grade II Economy Class)
