Role Overview
As a Cabin Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a cleaning team to ensure all aircraft cabin cleaning activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Etihad Airways standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining aircraft presentation, hygiene, and on-time performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, analyse, and address operational and functional enquiries
- Provide first-line problem resolution within defined guidelines and procedures
- Review, prioritise, and allocate workloads and team assignments
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance
- Ensure all equipment is checked for condition and serviceability before use
- Carry out final inspections, checks, and sign-offs as per standard procedures
- Highlight changes to work plans and ensure proper approvals are obtained
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members
- Prepare routine and non-routine operational reports
- Use multiple software applications to complete work requirements
- Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
- Perform additional administrative or service-related duties when required
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is an advantage
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
