Role: Barista Trainer / Barista Partnerships Manager
Overview: Lead barista training across partner locations, build partnerships with cafes and hospitality outlets, and represent Bella Coffee at events.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training modules on espresso, milk steaming, matcha, equipment handling and service standards.
- Run group workshops and one-to-one coaching; conduct skills assessments and follow-up coaching.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner cafes, restaurants and baristas.
- Identify partnership and activation opportunities with events, brands and industry communities.
- Stay current on specialty coffee and matcha trends and bring new ideas to the team.
Requirements:
- UAE resident with a valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- 5+ years’ experience as a barista, barista trainer or specialty coffee role.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and running training sessions.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Organized, self-motivated and relationship-focused. Sales or partnership experience is a bonus.
Role: Key Account Manager — Foodservice (HORECA)
Overview: Manage and grow Bella Coffee’s foodservice accounts across the UAE, working closely with cafes, restaurants and F&B operators.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of HORECA accounts, build relationships with decision-makers and baristas.
- Ensure product availability, timely deliveries and high service levels.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Bella Coffee products.
- Conduct site visits, business reviews and support operational needs on-site.
- Work with logistics, finance and customer service to resolve issues fast.
Requirements:
- Proven HORECA / foodservice sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong network with cafés, restaurant groups and F&B operators.
- Practical understanding of café operations and a hands-on approach.
- UAE driving license (mandatory). Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Role: Key Account Manager — Retail
Overview: Lead retail relationships with supermarkets, convenience chains and quick-commerce platforms to drive distribution and sell-through.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage retailer listings, product placement, pricing and promotional calendars.
- Plan and execute in-store activations and merchandising with buyers and category teams.
- Monitor stock, forecast demand and coordinate reorders with supply chain.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to support commercial decisions.
- Work with marketing to run campaigns and improve brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Experience managing retail or FMCG key accounts in the UAE.
- Strong relationships with supermarkets, convenience chains or quick-commerce platforms.
- Commercial negotiation skills and comfort with sales data and forecasting.
- UAE driving license (mandatory). Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
