Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing new and existing packaging programs and projects.
- Developing sustainable e-commerce packaging solutions.
- Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Data Science, and Packaging teams.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce packaging waste and product damage.
- Coordinating packaging improvements with internal stakeholders.
- Managing packaging laboratory operations and material testing.
- Conducting data analysis and root cause investigations.
- Preparing project reports and performance dashboards.
- Supporting post-launch reviews and operational improvements.
- Delivering packaging projects within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
