We are actively hiring for the following roles in our Carpo locations:
- Packaging Assistant (Full-Time, On-Site) – Carpo, Dubai Mall
- Packer (Casual / Part-Timer / Long Term) – Carpo, Abu Dhabi Marina Mall
Key Job Responsibilities (All Roles):
- Maintaining consistent standards for repacking products, gift hampers, and lollypop packing.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise on the shop floor and back store.
- Accurately attaching price tags to all merchandise.
- Maintaining proper stock records and managing inventory counts of supporting materials.
- Ensuring a neat, tidy, and safe working place.
- Providing the highest standard of Customer Service Excellence.
Job Requirements
Candidates for these Packaging/Packer roles should demonstrate the following:
- Experience: Experience in a similar role (retail stock, packing, or store administration) is required.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
- Attention to Detail: A strong ability to maintain consistent standards, minimize wastage, and ensure proper stock records.
- Location Readiness: Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi (for the Packer role) or Dubai (for the Assistant role).
- Customer Focus: A natural ability to deliver excellent customer service consistently.
