Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound logistics activities using SAP Material Management.
- Coordinating with warehouses, suppliers, insurance providers, 3PL partners, and brand teams.
- Processing vendor creation, material codes, and brand master data.
- Handling bank guarantees, Letters of Credit (LC), and document processing.
- Coordinating shipment clearance with banks and clearing agents.
- Monitoring import plans and preparing finance reports.
- Processing sales orders and proforma invoices in SAP.
- Managing deliveries, picking, packing, and invoicing.
- Preparing export documentation, packing lists, and shipping paperwork.
- Processing logistics-related payments, including freight, courier, and customs invoices.
- Reconciling overseas inventory with SAP stock records.
- Working closely with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
