Job Requirements
Ajman Coop is looking for a candidate who can confidently lead a team and manage day-to-day
FMCG operations on the shop floor.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a retail or hypermarket environment,
preferably in a supervisory or team leader position. - Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising,
and inventory control (FMCG section experience is an advantage). - Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Organisation: Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a fast-paced
work environment. - Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Location: Position based in Ajman, UAE. Candidates already in the UAE are
likely to be preferred.
